Derek Carroll

Derek is a single dad to an awesome 14-year-old boy, and stays busy with a variety of sports that keep them both on the go. He grew up in Central Wisconsin and spent most of his 20s living in Minneapolis before eventually moving back to his hometown.

Derek earned his degree in Communications from UW-Stevens Point, and loves public speaking and creating short videos whenever he has free time. On top of that, he has a small hobby farm with goats, chickens, and plans to welcome even more animals soon.

As a lifelong Wisconsinite, he’s a big Packers fan and tries to make it to as many home games as he can. Fun fact: he’s the kind of person who eats ice cream year-round—he even used to eat a Blizzard every single day in his early twenties!

Derek has been a recruiter for over eight years, starting out in the engineering industry. Helping people chase their dreams and reach their goals is what keeps him passionate about this field and excited to come to work every day.
