Originally from Detroit and now calling Chicago home, Jessica has always embraced the excitement and energy of big city life. Her journey in staffing began in technician roles and gradually evolved into customer service and engineering positions, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry. She has learned that connecting with people is at the heart of everything she does, and truly enjoys hearing everyone’s unique stories.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Jessica exploring Chicago’s diverse dining scene – she is always up for trying new restaurants and discovering hidden gems. And, no matter where she is, she’ll always be cheering for the Detroit Lions!
