Nate has spent 20 years in business and leadership, with 18 years specifically in the staffing and recruiting industry.  His passion is around serving others and his family’s vision embodies the same principles.

Nate truly believes that by putting the needs of others first in all aspects of life, whether personally or professionally, it leads to great things for all.  Joining Spotter was a life decision to further fulfill his vision of serving others to make the world a better place.
