Job Title: Special Education Teacher (BD/ED Focus)

Pay Range: $50–$55/hour

Experience supporting students with serious Behavioral Disorders (BD) or Emotional Disabilities (ED).
The ability to establish strong systems, structure, and consistency in the classroom.
A confident, authoritative presence that commands respect while remaining supportive and student-focused.
A 5-day structured onboarding process with HR and shared service teams.
Orientation to school systems, student needs, and available resources.
Opportunities to collaborate early with staff so you’re fully prepared when students arrive.
Lead a small classroom of 5–6 high school students with significant behavioral and emotional needs.
Deliver academic curriculum while maintaining a highly structured, safe, and regulated learning environment.
Support students in developing emotional regulation, focus, and follow-through on assignments.
Collaborate with related service providers and staff to reinforce consistency and support across settings.
