Spotter Staffing – School Assignment in the Niles, IL Area

Spotter Staffing is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide leave coverage in a suburban Chicago school district. This assignment will run through the end of April, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students during this period.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services aligned with students’ IEPs.

• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility and progress meetings.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support communication needs.

• Maintain thorough records of services and student progress.

• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• School-based experience preferred, but not required.
