Spotter Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join one of our exceptional therapeutic day school partners in the Morton Grove area. This is a full-time, on-site role providing speech and language services to students who benefit from a smaller, highly supportive educational environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, school-based schedule (Mon–Fri, regular school hours)

• Work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including social workers, counselors, and special educators

• Support students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs

• Manage a reasonable caseload with strong administrative and clinical support

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services, progress monitoring, and collaboration with classroom staff

• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state standards

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (or eligibility)

• Experience in a therapeutic or special education setting preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
