Social Worker(Full-Time)

Qualifications for Social Worker candidates: 

• Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
• Experience with FBA/BIP development and implementation
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills preferred
• 1-3 years professional experience as a School Social Worker in an elementary school setting preferred 

Hours: 7:30a – 3:00p

Compensation: $52 and up, depending on experience.

Position details: The School Social Worker will provide direct social-emotional and behavioral support to elementary school students. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing social-emotional goals, collaborating with teachers and families, and participating in IEP meetings. The role requires experience creating and implementing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). The ideal candidate has strong skills working with diverse elementary school populations.
