Spotter Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher (LBS1) to support K–2 students in a charter school setting focused on individualized instruction and whole-child development.

About the Role:
The LBS1 teacher will provide specialized academic and behavioral support for primary-grade students, collaborating closely with general education staff and related service providers. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners in an innovative, student-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs aligned with student needs and state standards

• Provide small-group and one-on-one instruction within inclusion and resource settings

• Track progress and maintain compliant documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student growth

• Foster a positive, supportive, and structured classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement

• Experience working with early elementary (K–2) students preferred

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Commitment to inclusive education and student success
