Resource – Special Education Teacher

Qualifications for candidates include: Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. Experience working with elementary school students preferred. Strong organization, IEP data and documentation skills, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Hours: 8:00am – 3:00pm

Compensation: $47 and up, depending on experience.

Position details: School district near Crestwood is seeking a Special Education Resource Teach to join their team. This position serves students in grades 2-5 through a resource-level model, providing both push-in and pull-out services to support individualized learning needs. There are approximately 9 students on the caseload. Candidates must have skillset in developing and implementing IEP goals, progress monitoring, and data collection.
