Self Contained – Special Education Teacher

Qualifications for candidates include:  Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. Experience working with early childhood students preferred. Strong organization, IEP data and documentation skills, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Hours: 8:00am-3:05pm

Compensation: $46 and up, depending on experience.

Position details: School district seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to join their Early Childhood classroom. The EC has an AM and PM programs. The students are high needs ages 3-5 year old students with developmental delays. The classroom caseload is 7 students. Educators in this district have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community that values growth, development, and individualized student success.
