Qualifications for candidates include: Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. Experience working with elementary school students preferred. Strong organization, IEP data and documentation skills, communication, and collaboration skills. 

Hours: 8:15am – 3:20pm

Compensation: $51 and up, depending on experience.

Position details: School district near Northlake has an opportunity for a 7th grade Inclusion Special Education Teacher. This is a collaborative, co-teaching model with general education classrooms. This role focuses on providing push-in academic support, accommodations, and small group instruction for students primarily in math and other core subjects. The teacher will work closely with grade-level and special education teams to align instruction and meet individualized goals. Friendly, energetic staff with strong teamwork. Building includes STEM lab and flexible learning spaces.
