Qualifications:

• Illinois Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Experience with multi-needs, low-incidence disabilities, or functional skills programming.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Hours: 7:30am – 2:50pm

Compensation: $50 and up, depending on experience.

Position Overview:
Spotter is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide FMLA leave coverage for a program which serves students in grades 9-12 with complex learning needs, diverse backgrounds, and significant adaptive, cognitive, and functional support needs. This role supports a caseload of 24 students across four classrooms and includes both integrated in-class therapy and individual pull-out sessions. The OT will work collaboratively within a strong interdisciplinary team. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team who believe in teamwork, creativity, and having a positive impact on students.
