Part-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Wylie, TX – Elementary Campus
Schedule: Two days per week, 7:15 AM–3:15 PM
Contract Dates: January 6 – May 22
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve one elementary school in Wylie, TX. This full-time role involves providing therapy and conducting assessments for a manageable SHARED caseload of approximately 60 students.
The caseload includes one self-contained life skills classroom with students exhibiting low cognitive levels. You will collaborate closely with another full-time SLP on campus, and the school is led by a strong, supportive principal who values teamwork and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and required assessments
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, families, and the on-site SLP
Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes
Support students in both general education and life skills settings
Position Details:
Full-time, single-campus assignment
Approximately 60 students on caseload

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Texas SLP license
Must be a fully licensed SLP
Experience with assessments and school-based therapy preferred
$47/hour and up depending on experience
