Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Allen, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Mon–Fri)
Hours: 40 hours per week – 7:30am – 3:30pm
Compensation: $50–$55 per hour
Start Date: Jan 5, 2026 


About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a warm, collaborative elementary school campus in Allen, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site role serving a diverse and supportive school community. You will share the campus with another experienced SLP and work closely with an exceptional special education team and a highly supportive principal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload of approximately 60 students, grades K-6th.

  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and therapy sessions in accordance with district and state guidelines

  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and IEP compliance

  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute meaningful insights to student plans


Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Texas state licensure (SLP)

  • Strong SLP-As will also be considered
