Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Allen, Texas

Grade Levels: Elementary (K–5)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 – 3:30pm
Start Date: January 2026
Compensation: Starting at $50/hour
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school campus in Allen, TX. This is a split-role position designed to support both high-quality service delivery and effective supervision for a shared caseload of approximately 60 elementary school students. The SLP will divide their time between supervisory, assessment, and compliance responsibilities and direct therapy services, working closely with an SLP-Assistant and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
3 days per week:
Supervision of SLP-Assistant
Speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations
IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
Participation in ARD/IEP meetings and collaboration with campus teams
2 days per week:
Direct speech-language therapy services to students (individual and small group)
Classroom-based and push-in support as appropriate
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication needs
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals aligned with student needs and Texas state requirements
Supervise and support an SLP-Assistant in accordance with Texas licensure rules
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Support students using AAC and alternative communication strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing if applicable
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Texas SLP license (required)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Supervisory experience required, including experience working with an SLP-Assistant
Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Strong knowledge of ARD/IEP processes and special education compliance
Highly organized and able to manage competing responsibilities
