We are working with an ISD who is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person services at an elementary campus for the remainder of the school year. This role includes direct therapy services, participation in ARD meetings, and conducting speech and language evaluations in compliance with Texas and district guidelines.
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
Conduct speech/language evaluations and write compliant evaluation reports
Participate in and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings
Develop and implement IEP goals and service plans
Collaborate with teachers, campus staff, and special education teams
Maintain accurate documentation and service logs in accordance with district and state requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Texas SLP license (or eligible)
CCC-SLP preferred but not required
School-based experience preferred (elementary experience a plus)
Ability to work independently in an in-person campus setting
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation: 45-52 dollars per hour, based on experience, and uncapped bonus potential.
