Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Early Childhood & Elementary Students | Hybrid Flexibility | Up to $85/Hour
Most school-based SLP positions ask you to manage a caseload.
This opportunity gives you the chance to actually impact students at the developmental stage where speech and language support matters most.
We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–27 school year to support early childhood and elementary-aged students in a highly collaborative, relationship-driven environment focused on meaningful student progress — not just checking service minutes.
Why This Position Stands Out
- Up to $85/hour

- Strong clinical and administrative support
- Opportunity to help rebuild in-person speech services for students who need it most
- Supportive leadership team with deep special education experience
- Flexibility and input regarding caseload structure and scheduling
Many students in this program have previously received virtual speech services. The district is intentionally rebuilding services around stronger in-person connection, engagement, and outcomes during critical developmental years.
If you became an SLP to create lasting impact with students and families — this is the type of role that allows you to do it.
