We are partnering with a high-performing charter school in Chicago to identify a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based position.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 1 day per week

• Start Date: ASAP

• Setting: School-based

• Employment Type: W-2 contract through agency

• Future Opportunity: Position has strong potential to transition into a full-time role beginning next August

Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services aligned with student IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and contribute to progress reporting

• Collaborate with special education teams and school staff

• Attend IEP meetings as required

• Maintain timely and compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license

• School-based experience preferred, not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently on a limited weekly schedule
