Spotter Staffing is seeking a motivated Special Education Teacher for a middle school resource role at a supportive public charter school in the Humboldt Park area. This is a high-impact position with continuity into next school year and the opportunity to convert to a direct school employee after 12 months.

What You’ll Do

• Provide targeted instruction in a resource / pull-out setting

• Implement and monitor IEP goals with fidelity

• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers

• Use student data to drive instruction and document progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance documentation

• Build strong relationships with students and families

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois PEL with LBS1 endorsement

• Middle school experience preferred, not required

• Strong organization and caseload management skills

• Flexible, collaborative, student-centered mindset
