Position Overview:
Spotter Staffing is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a highly respected public school district in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. This is a school-based position serving students across elementary settings with a range of academic and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services aligned with IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and complete written reports

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Maintain compliant documentation and service logs

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• School-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
