Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – ARD Facilitator
Location: School District – Early Childhood Center, Kaufman, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time (Now – Through May 22, with potential to continue next school year)
School District is seeking a dedicated and organized Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our Special Education team for the remainder of the current school year. This role will focus primarily on facilitating ARD meetings rather than providing direct therapy services.
The SLP will manage and facilitate ARD meetings for a caseload of approximately 80–90 students at the Early Childhood Center and provide ARD support to additional campuses as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys collaboration, documentation, and supporting student services through the ARD process.
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
37.5 hours per week
Facilitate and conduct ARD meetings for assigned caseload
Manage ARD documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Collaborate with special education staff, administrators, and related service providers
Provide ARD support for other campuses when additional assistance is needed
Maintain organized and accurate student records
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
Experience with ARD/IEP processes preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
