Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish)

Position Overview:
Spotter Staffing is partnering with a charter school in Chicago to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position supporting a diverse student population, with a strong need for Spanish-speaking services. The role begins August 1 and will continue through the 2026–2027 school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations for students in both English and Spanish
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Support culturally and linguistically responsive practices within the school
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
