Job Title: Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish)

Position Overview:
Spotter Staffing is partnering with a charter school in Chicago to hire a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position supporting a diverse student population, with a strong need for Spanish-speaking services. The role begins August 1 and will continue through the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations for students in both English and Spanish
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support culturally and linguistically responsive practices within the school

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL) (or ability to obtain)
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
