Position Overview

Spotter Staffing is seeking a dedicated and flexible Occupational Therapist (OT) to support a cooperative serving two district campuses in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago. This is a unique opportunity to make a broad impact across diverse student populations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a variety of educational settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Adapt therapy strategies to meet the needs of students across different school environments

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload across two campuses
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
