Location: North Chicago, IL (LEARN Charter Schools – Campuses 6 & 10)
Schedule: 20 hours/week
Pay: $50 – $52 per hour
Start Date: August 3, 2026
Duration: Full 2026–2027 School Year
About the Opportunity
Join Spotter and work at a mission-driven public charter network focused on preparing students from underserved communities for lifelong success.
This role supports two campuses very close to each other serving students in kindergarten through 8th grade. You’ll work with a diverse group of learners where your support directly impacts their ability to function, learn, and grow both inside and outside the classroom.
This is not a maintenance role—this is an opportunity to build foundational skills early and change long-term outcomes for students.
Why This Role Stands Out
- K–8 caseload – Make an impact across critical developmental years
- Up to 35 students – Primarily high-incidence needs (sensory + autism spectrum)
- Autonomy – You are the sole OT on-site, trusted to run your program
- Support without micromanagement – Part of a 4-OT network ensuring compliance and collaboration
- Meaningful work – Your consistency and presence matter more here than anywhere else
