Speech Language Pathologist(Full-Time)

Spotter Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to step into a middle school caseload and help finish the school year strong.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to make a real difference with students who need consistency and support right now.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of current school year
• Schedule: Full-time, school hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Caseload: Mixed communication needs typical of middle school population
• Support: Strong district support, collaborative SPED team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations as needed
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families
• Maintain compliance with documentation and service logs
• Support students in achieving communication goals in academic settings

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLP License (or ability to obtain quickly)
• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs considered depending on support needs)
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Compensation: 48-53 dollars per hour based on experience and unlimited bonus potential.
