Speech Language Pathologist(Full-Time)

Position Overview

• Schedule: Full-time, school hours
• Start Date: August 2026
• Setting: Early Childhood + Elementary (ECSE & Life Skills support)
• Caseload:
  • Early Childhood (ages 3–6)
  • Life Skills (K–1 and some junior high support as needed)
• Service Model: Mix of direct therapy, consult, and collaboration

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students across ECSE and Life Skills programs
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and write comprehensive reports
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Partner with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
• Support functional communication development to improve student independence

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas SLP License (required)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CFs considered depending on district support)
• Experience with early childhood and/or Life Skills populations preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and build relationships quickly within a team environment

Hours: 35-40 hours depending on week (some weeks are 4 days and some 5 days) 

Compensation: 48-55 dollars per hour + unlimited bonus potential
