Spotter Staffing is partnering with Kennedale ISD to hire a Diagnostician for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Full-time, school hours
• Start Date: August 2026
• Setting: District wide – to match your skill set

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations
• Develop and Review IEPs
• Ensure Legal and Procedural Compliance
• Participate in ARD Committee Meetings
• Consult and Collaborate with Staff and Families

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Diagnostician, Special Education, School Psychology, or a closely related field
• Valid Texas certification as an Educational Diagnostician (issued by the Texas Education Agency)
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in special education or assessment (highly desireable)
• Knowledge of federal and state laws, including Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Texas special education regulations
• Experience administering and interpreting standardized assessments (cognitive, academic, behavioral, and adaptive)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ARD/IEP processes and documentation requirements
• Experience working in a public-school setting
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and evaluation methods
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills (highly desirable)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, compliant records
