About the Opportunity:
Spotter Staffing is partnering with a respected school in Chicago to identify a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker to support students for the remainder of the academic year. This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing social-emotional support and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
• Serve as a liaison between school, families, and community resources

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
