Position: School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Texas (DFW Area)

Schedule: Full-Time | School Year

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide school-based services to students across multiple campuses. This role focuses on helping students access their education through improved mobility, physical function, and independence.

You will collaborate closely with educators, special education teams, and families to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct student evaluations and develop therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Support classroom staff with mobility and positioning strategies
• Recommend and manage adaptive equipment
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Hours:40 hours per week 

Compensation: 42-46 dollars per hour and unlimited bonus opportunities
