Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Texas (DFW Area)

Schedule: Full-Time | School Year

Setting: Elementary School

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in elementary school settings. This role focuses on helping students develop the communication skills necessary to succeed academically and socially.

You will work closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to provide meaningful, school-based therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services per IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Support classroom carryover of communication strategies
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Compensation: 45-50 dollars per hour (based on experience) and uncapped bonus potential
