About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school-based setting. This role involves working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help students improve communication skills critical for success in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services under SLP supervision
• Work with students in individual and small group settings
• Track and document student progress toward goals
• Assist in preparing therapy materials and lesson plans
• Collaborate with educators and support staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Active Texas SLPA license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
• School-based experience preferred but not required

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Compensation: 35-42 dollars per hour (based on experience) and uncapped bonus potential
