Job Title: Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – ESY
Location: 3 school locations in close proximity in Algonquin, IL
Position Type: ESY – May 29 Orientation, June 1 – June 30, 2026
Pay: $50 and up, depending on experience
Hours: 7:45am – 12:00noon

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during Extended School Year programming across elementary through high school settings. This role includes working collaboratively with special education teams to support students with speech, language, social communication, and autism-related needs.
Assignment Details:

• Multiple school sites within the district
• Small student caseloads across elementary, autism, and secondary programs

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services aligned with student IEPs
• Support students with communication, pragmatic language, and social language needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
• Maintain service documentation and progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families in English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement required
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking required
• School-based or autism program experience preferred
