Special Education Teacher – (7th & 8th Grade Self-Contained Classroom)
Spotter Staffing is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support a self-contained classroom within the PALS program for the 2026–2027 school year. This classroom serves approximately eight 7th and 8th grade students with lower-level academic functioning and higher instructional support needs in a structured, relationship-focused environment with minimal significant behaviors.
The PALS program is designed to provide students with additional academic, functional, and individualized support while helping them build independence, communication skills, and confidence throughout the school day. Students within this classroom benefit from smaller group instruction, consistent routines, modified curriculum, and hands-on support tailored to their individual learning levels.
This position offers a highly collaborative environment with five special education teachers within the program, strong administrative leadership, and additional support from a dedicated case manager who assists with scheduling, coordination, and family communication. The building principal is highly regarded within the district for providing teachers with autonomy, trust, and support while maintaining strong involvement with the team.
