Speech-Language Pathologist (26/27 School Year) 

Location: Intermediate School (single site)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $55–$70 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time position for the 26/27 school year at an intermediate school setting. This is a well-supported opportunity with a manageable caseload, collaborative team environment, and dedicated workspace.

Caseload & Students

  • Approximately 30–35 students

  • Majority of services are articulation-based

  • A small number of students with more significant needs and cognitive delays

  • Some students use AAC devices

  • No significant behavioral concerns

  • All students are located in one intermediate school building

Work Environment & Support

  • Another SLP onsite for collaboration

  • Strong related services team in the building

  • District-level Assistive Technology (AT) Coordinator available for support

  • Dedicated private office

  • Embrace is used for documentation and IEP management

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services per IEPs

  • Conduct progress monitoring and data collection

  • Document services and progress in Embrace

  • Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and support staff

  • Support students using AAC as needed

Qualifications

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license & PEL

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Comfort with articulation therapy and basic AAC support
