Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Spotter Staffing has partnered with a fantastic school district in Keller, Texas seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) candidate for a position that offers competitive pay and incredible benefits!

Qualifications for BCBA candidates include:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Experience developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills

Hours for BCBA:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday during standard school hours
• 2026–2027 School Year

Compensation for BCBA:

• $55–$70 per hour based on experience
• Uncapped bonus potential

BCBA position details:

• School-based setting
• District-wide or multi-campus support opportunities
• Collaboration with special education and campus leadership teams
• Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Staff training and coaching responsibilities
