School Psychologist (LSSP)

Spotter Staffing has partnered with a fantastic school district in Keller, Texas seeking a School Psychologist (LSSP) for the upcoming school year. This position offers competitive pay, strong district support, and a flexible hybrid work schedule!

Qualifications for School Psychologist candidates include:

  • Valid Texas LSSP credential
  • Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
  • Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations
  • Knowledge of IDEA, TEA regulations, and special education eligibility requirements
  • Strong report-writing, assessment, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Hours for School Psychologist:

  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday during standard school hours
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote
  • 2026–2027 School Year

Compensation for School Psychologist:

  • $60–$75 per hour based on experience
  • Uncapped bonus potential

School Psychologist position details:

  • District-wide assignment
  • Heavy focus on psychoeducational evaluations
  • Hybrid work model (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
  • Conduct initial evaluations and reevaluations
  • Participate in eligibility determinations and ARD meetings
  • Collaborate with special education teams across multiple campuses
  • Strong district support and collaborative special education department
