Spotter Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dependable Paraprofessional to join a highly supportive special education cooperative serving students in the North Shore area. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group instructional support under the direction of certified staff.
• Assist students with academic tasks, classroom participation, and daily routines.
• Support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and communication goals.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and reinforcement strategies as directed.
• Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with transitions throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to support student success.
• Document student progress and communicate observations with the educational team.
• Assist with personal care needs when required based on student assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and employment screenings.
