About the Role
We’re hiring a driven, ambitious sales minded individual to work directly with the owner of a fast-growing education staffing firm. This is a ground-floor opportunity to learn how a high-performance business is built, from recruiting and marketing to leadership and operations.

You’ll be involved in everything from helping source candidates to visiting schools and universities, assisting with marketing projects, and managing key priorities that drive company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Support recruiting and candidate outreach across DuPage, northern Cook County and Chicago.
• Visit school sites, university career centers, and local events to build relationships
• Shadow and assist the owner with daily operational and strategic projects
• Manage follow-ups, reports, and accountability tracking across the team
• Learn the business model, systems, and metrics that drive success

What You Need

• Live in or near DuPage or northern Cook County, and travel within the area to Spotter office, schools and staff.
• Highly driven — willing to sacrifice comfort for growth
• Money-motivated — wants to build a six-figure career through performance
• High integrity — trusted to own outcomes, not excuses
• Hungry to learn — coachable, curious, and obsessed with improvement
• Strong communicator with a professional presence and attention to detail

Compensation & Growth

• $50,000 per year + performance-based incentives.
  • First 12 Month’s Estimate = $60,000 – $70,000
  • Second 12 Month’s Estimate = $90,000 – $100,000
  • Third 12 Month’s Estimate = $100,000 +
• Direct mentorship and one-on-one development from the owner
• Pathway into recruiting, sales, and/or leadership roles
