ARD Facilitator

Qualifications for ARD Facilitator candidates include:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Previous experience in special education strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IDEA, TEA regulations, and special education compliance requirements
• Experience participating in or facilitating ARD/IEP meetings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families

Hours for ARD Facilitator:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday during standard school hours
• 2026–2027 School Year

Compensation for ARD Facilitator:

• $40–$50 per hour based on experience
• Uncapped bonus potential

ARD Facilitator position details:

• Full-time school-based assignment
• Coordinate and facilitate ARD/IEP meetings
• Ensure compliance with special education timelines and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, diagnosticians, related service providers, and families
• Support students with a variety of educational and disability needs
