Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Greenville, TX

Early Childhood Center

Greenville, TX | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | On-Site | Public School Setting

Are you an SLPA who lights up when a student says their first new word, masters a challenging sound, finds their voice through AAC, or finally communicates what they need?

We are looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive public-school team in Greenville, Texas!

This is an exciting opportunity for an SLPA who wants to work directly with children, collaborate with educators and related-service professionals, and make a meaningful difference in students' everyday lives.

Our Top 3 Traits

1. Excited About Working With Children
You genuinely enjoy working with kids and bring energy, patience, creativity, and encouragement to every therapy session.

2. Collaborative
You understand that great student outcomes happen through teamwork. You enjoy partnering with the supervising SLP, teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals.

3. Invested in the Best Interest of Students
You see the student—not the schedule or the paperwork—as the center of your work. You celebrate progress, advocate for student needs, and look for ways to help communication skills carry over into the classroom and everyday life.

What You'll Do

  • Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP

  • Implement individualized therapy activities and treatment plans

  • Work with PreK students in small groups

What We're Looking For

  • Current Texas SLPA license

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field

  • Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working with children with a variety of communication and learning needs

  • Reliable, professional, flexible, and willing to be part of a team

  • Previous school-based experience is a plus

The Schedule
