Qualifications for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) candidates include:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license through TDLR
  • CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows may be considered
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary educational teams

Hours for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):

  • Full-Time
  • Monday–Friday during standard school hours
  • 2026–2027 School Year

Compensation for Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP):

  • $48–$54 per hour based on experience
  • Uncapped bonus potential

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position details:

  • Full-time school-based assignment
  • Opportunities across different grade levels and student programs
  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and reevaluations
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
  • Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals
  • Support students with a variety of communication and educational needs
