Position Overview

Spotter Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time school-based assignment with a highly regarded school district in the North Shore area.

This is a great opportunity for a PT looking for a flexible school schedule and a manageable assignment. The Physical Therapist will work approximately 2.5 days per week and will primarily support another district PT with student evaluations and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the district Physical Therapist with student evaluations and reevaluations
• Conduct school-based physical therapy assessments
• Complete evaluation documentation and contribute to reports
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate with the district PT, special education staff, teachers, and other related-service providers
• Provide additional PT support as needed throughout the assignment

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Illinois Physical Therapist license
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and communication skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams
