Spotter Staffing Announces 2025 TSHA Scholarship Winner: César Enrique Rodarte Jr.
Spotter Staffing is proud to recognize César Enrique Rodarte Jr. as the recipient of the 2025 Spotter Staffing TSHA Scholarship, an award created to support aspiring speech-language pathologists in Texas who are committed to making a difference in the communities they serve.
César’s story is one of perseverance, resilience, and purpose. As a first-generation graduate student, English language learner, and the second person in his family to pursue a master’s degree, César has overcome immense personal and academic challenges. “Perseverance is the backbone of my journey toward becoming a speech-language pathologist,” César wrote in his winning essay, “and it will continue to shape the kind of clinician I strive to be.”
Looking ahead, César hopes to become a travel SLP, reaching underserved bilingual populations across the country. He’s already contributed to the profession through initiatives like NSSLHA and gender-affirming voice workshops, and he sees sustainable change as something built step-by-step—with each patient, each voice, each story.
